I love the location of this hotel, it is on The Alameda de Hercules which is one of my favourite locations in Seville. Although it is a little way out from the centre of the old town it is only about a 20 minute walk to the Cathedral. I love the old world charm of the place, it has many typical Andalucian features and I received a very friendly welcome from the receptionist. I especially appreciated the little reading room on the ground floor. I had an interior double room and although the only window opened onto the atrium it was surprisingly quiet. My room, 401, backed on to the lift and I had seen some other reviews mentioning that it was noisy but I slept extremely well and didn't hear a thing. There is a safe, a small fridge (that was quiet), complimentary slippers, kettle and cups but only fruit tea, no coffee or milk. The aircon was very effective and quiet and even though I turned it off overnight the room remained cool throughout the night. Lovely bathroom, very ornate, and a grab rail for holding onto when getting in and out of the bath (the shower is over the bath). Also a hairdryer in the bathroom and lovely fluffy towels.

The inner courtyard as you enter from the street was a beautiful haven, with the small andalucian bubbling fountain in the centre and the cool inner space. We were offered cold sparkling wine on arrival too and given a wonderful welcome by the kind english speaking staff. The rooms had very comfortable beds, aircon and lovely marble walls and floor. Hot water and toiletries welcomed. The double glazing and shutters are brilliant at keeping the room quiet. We loved this hotel and would recommend to all. There is a lift and quiet cool room to sit down stairs. The pillared andalucian courtyard was so beautiful and unique. Breakfast at the nextdoor bustling cafe was a joy seeing all ages out enjoying the square in the emerging day. The square was a fantastic location for all at all times of the day and cool of the evening. We were able to leave our luggage and refresh later. Excellent hotel. Thank you Daily Telegraph for your recommendation. You are spot on. A real gem of tranquillity in a busy city.

We had a delightful stay at Sacristía de Santa Ana in Seville. The hotel is beautifully located in the historic heart of the city, just a short walk from the main attractions like the Cathedral, Giralda, and the Alcázar. The lively Alameda de Hércules square is nearby, offering a great selection of restaurants and bars. The building itself is full of charm and character, with a lovely mix of traditional Andalusian architecture and modern touches. Our room was clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were fantastic, overall very helpful. Parking in the parking garage around 10 minutes walk from the hotel was very convenient and the price for hotel guests is reduced (22€ for 24h). It is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a boutique experience in Seville. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to friends and family visiting this beautiful city.

The Superior room offers excellent value for money. It is spacious and has a reasonably sized bathroom. Air conditioning and WiFi connection work fine. The location is on a noisy street, but not a problem if you keep the windows closed. The advantage is that there are many good restaurants nearby. It is also possible to rest in a beautiful quiet air-conditioned patio. I recommend to pay for the delicious breakfast, which is served in a nearby restaurant from 8:00 till 11:30. Note this is an a la carte breakfast, and the waiting time is about 10-15 minutes, so make sure you have at least 30 minutes. The staff in the hotel as well as in the breakfast restaurant are friendly and helpful.

This was a fantastic find for a birthday treat in Seville. Beautiful building with stunning decoration throughout. We had a first floor room overlooking the busy street outside but you would never have known due to the lovely window shutters which kept the noise out. Staff at the accommodation were very welcoming and were on hand 24/7. Our stay was on a room only basis but there is a small restaurant attached to the accommodation which did a good selection of breakfast options and you just pay for what you eat. We ate here most mornings as the food was so delicious! This is also where breakfast is served for those guests staying on half board basis.
